I was very surprised with how fine tuned the Maitland office runs. The office staff is very pleasant. Their communication via Email and text was very thorough and helpful. Dr. Raymond Fiorini punctuality, patient treatment, detailed explanation of the procedure he was preforming and then explaining the finding in such an easy way to understand made my whole experience memorable. I’m not one to write reviews but this office visit definitely merits one!

The downtown office cancelled my appointment extremely last minute- not even 30 minutes before said time. The scheduler offered to make space for me on Saturday at a different location, and I accepted, not knowing they are closed on weekends. There's no way the scheduler couldn't have known that.

The staff was great unfortunately Dr. Rolando Amedeo was not. He needs to work on his bedside manner and explain what he’s doing especially when the patient is 86 years old.

Set an appointment over a week ago for a nerve conduction test. My 8 am appointment was cancelled with less than 30 minutes notice because the doctor only reviewed my notes in that time prior to my appointment. Apparently, when they reached out to my doctor office and received an explanation of what was needed, they found that one part could not be done in their office. I know there is no way that they just recieve these notes before the doctor’s office opened on the day of. The front desk was very apologetic but no solution... read more
