Came in to my appointment, I believe it is under new management. Service was fast and efficient, The ladies in the front desk were super kind and helpful. Doctor was amazing to us, will be coming here for myself and my kids.
I have never wanted to give anyone a bad review but i cant stand it. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I made an appointment at 11am. I walked in and had to wait 40'. I talked to 2 people in the front asking how longer I have to wait? He said even though I have an appointment, i still have to wait up to an hour. I told him why didnt you mention it when i made an appointment because i do have something else later. He said if i didnt ask, they DIDNT HAVE TO TELL ME. What the heck! I have low blood pressure.
