Made an 11:30 am appt to get a Covid test and arrived at 11:15. Was told by the receptionist that the test people wanted to take a lunch break because it was slow and asked if I could come back at 12:30. A couple takeaways (1) taking a lunch break took precedent over their patients, which is absolutely incredible and (2) apparently they don't care about honoring appointment times. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that they did a good job when I came back, but lunch breaks taking more precedent than patients is unacceptable ... read more
I personally do not recommend this clinic had a bad experience there after going in there for the first trying to get an appointment I kept asking why it was taking so long and was never given a believable answer. So got frustrated and after waiting for more than an hour and still got no appointment) I just told them to cancel everything and left...
HORRIBLE PLACE! For some reason my Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO decided to assign me this place in the middle of the year as my primary care physician even though I DO NOT LIVE nowhere near this place. Let's say the competency of the medical staff is QUESTIONABLE. They are more geared to a high volume, see you for about 4 minutes type of place where the average person is there for a cough of some sort of illness.
