Actually, I was quite impressed! When I walked in the waiting area not very comfortable or pleasant, nor was the intake process. in a little bit of a long wait, which was worth it in the end. But once I got in the back, everything changed. (note: The exam rooms are quite basic with not a very happy color scheme.) but my opinion started to drastically change with my first encounter with the nurse then afterwords the phlebotomist who is excellent at drawing blood. The office staff is very helpful, they show compassion and understanding for the patients that are sick!!!!! Every time i walk into the clinic, the front desk staff always smiles and greets me, it makes me feel welcomed. On my last visit, the front desk girls were very helpful when it came to changing my PCP. Dr. Tran takes her time in explaining my results and really cares for my health, even though i don't agree with her about being overweight but ok.
Very rude service and not willing to assist patients. I've come twice with my elderly mom as the patient and they show no compassion or etiquett. DO NOT COME HERE
I really tried. My appointment was at 8:00am. They called me to the back area for vitals at 8:15. They told me they were going to do labs. It is 9:00am. The physician has not deigned to start visit yet. They did manage to collect payment. I can't do this. I really don't have the patience I am looking for a new physician. This is so incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely no regard for the patient who is paying for their time. 9:10am
2nd time I've been to this one and am reminded why I never went back. They must get a ton of druggies or vagrant types who complain about any myriad of things looking for meds/drugs bc the doc treated me as a suspect from the start doubting my symptoms or severity of pain. I went in complaining of a VERY sore throat and headache, etc that I assumed was strep since my son had had it two weeks before and I'm more than familiar with the symptoms and pain from a lifetime love affair with the tococcus.
