I'd leave 0 stars if I could. The staff is rude, impatient, and have 0 regard for professionalism. Dr. Robert is nice and kind but he's surrounded by incompetent staff who have no respect, care, or sympathy towards patients. Avoid this place.
Place takes forever. Had an physical at 8:30 And that took 2 1/2 hours. Would've been longer if I didn't push the ppl working there to move it along. They have a staff that is pretty incompetent except for the 2 sweet ladies that drew my blood. Staff moves incredibly slow. Even getting them to make copies of my paperwork took a good 10 minutes. Cancelled my follow up as soon as I left. Wouldn't recommend.
My complaint isn't really with the clinic itself, but rather with the provider. I forgot the doctors name (large Caucasian male), but I hope he sees this. I went in to be "seen" about a disruption in my pH balance and I knew I just needed some antibiotics. Despite having already told this doctor what it was that I needed, he went on to try and scare/make me feel bad about my sexual decisions before prescribing me 2 other useless medications that I didn't even waste my money on. Worst clinic I go to take my son which is running a fever and they tell me that they're not taking patients I get there at 3 and they close at 6 and stop taking patients at 5 don't even think about going there
worst clinic i have ever been to, the doctor was unhygienic and they dont care about their patients. if you are thinking about this place or parkland there is very little difference on the wait, if anything parkland will probably see you sooner and they wont lie to you. i waited for 4 hours for a doctor to see me and i had an appointment.
