I have never had a more horrible experience with a doctors office. Every appointment I've gone to I've waited over an hour past my appointment time. I definitely should have looked at the reviews before booking....if i could give this place 0 stars i would! I'm currently here we've been waiting for an hour and a half to be seen ! In the waiting room they called someone who'd came in after us, before us, i asked the front desk who couldn't seem to find us on the list then finally told us we'd be next, when they called us back they placed us in ANOTHER waiting room and told us they needed to get a room ready, we've finally made it to the room and STILL have yet to be seen... read more
There's a reason why all of these clinics have low reviews and honestly, I don't know why I even bother coming here, the wait and service is terrible. SeeI tried setting up an appointment for as soon as they opened hoping that I wouldn't have to wait as long and it looks like their check in is just inefficient at any time of day. If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst doctors office! The front offices is rude, and they don't know what they are doing. They change doctors too often and fail to notify their patients. This is a hassle especially when it comes to insurance providers! I've been scheduled several times and every time I've been seen I've had to wait more then 45 minutes after my appointment.
