We left our asthma pump behind while we were on vacation , upon returning we had to go to ER because her asthma flare up was bad. I called the office to request an emergency breathing machine prescription. Told me they cannot write prescription because she was behind on her wellchild visit but they had just seen her 3 months ago. We visited the urgent care 2 more times before I finally switched her PCP and got a breathing machine from the new office , no prescription referral or authorization needed. DO not recommend.

2nd time visiting this location and my last. For my first appointment I was at 7am, I wasn't seen until 727 and stayed in the location around 837-847 ( screen shots are available ). Then on 7/28 my son was scheduled for a check up. I was told his hbv shot was required every "16 weeks" and that their record should he was scheduled for a shot. They pressure parents to vaccinate. And it's completely known that for each vaccination given to a child they get a bonus the doctor not sure about the nurses. It's greed driven.

The office staff here is incompetent. Ask all the questions and take the lead if you insist on using this for your childs medical needs. I would advise you do more research and select another option. The office manager Gabriela is rude and does not train her staff well enough to add notes or read them. Santiago was very nice on the phone but nice is not the same all well informed and able to direct a paying customer/patient.
