For the most part, the doctors on staff are friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. New, very clean, and friendly pediatric office. The staff and doctors were friendly and professional. No long wait times, no overcrowded waiting rooms, and just an overall very positive experience.

Do Not recommend as a military and foster family! They over book patients, you wait over an hour past your appointment time even when you do the preregistration , getting medical records is a headache, the phone operators don't know anything to even a simple question of example " what is medical records fax number?". The medical assistants are rude. Just all round not worth the time!
horrible service, never answers the phone. came in to get a referral two months ago and still no update!! i will never recommend this disgrace of a place to anyone
The people are nice but you don't get seen until an hour or an hour and a half after your appointment time. They have no respect for your time. If they are running late, I feel like they should call so you can come later. It's hard sitting in a waiting room with a baby who wants to move around, or just planning around nap time.
Doctor is extremely passive, he provided absolutely 0 feedback upon our sons check up, almost as if he can care less about his patients or job.
This seems like a great doctors office. The problem is they only have one doctor and are booking appointments as if they had multiple. So if you have hours to wait after your scheduled appointment time then by all means. I understand manning due to covid but come on. Have the scheduler space out the appointments so we aren't waiting for over an hour after our appointment time to be seen for maybe ten minutes.
