Not a great experience… Some people shouldn’t work in pediatrics if they don’t like kids. I did not like how the nurse/assistant nurse who wore glasses and took vitals talked to my kids. I know it was at the end of the day and she was probably tired but that’s not the way to talk to kids. She also didn’t know how to conduct a proper hearing screening. My daughter woke up feeling sick this morning. I was able to call and get a appointment early in the morning. We were seeing quickly and she was tested for flu strep and covid we were here for about half an hour and in and out. Nurse practitioner was professional and the front desks were very helpful and greeting
It is fantastic, at least her provider is and has been great the whole entire time and has always made sure my kid feels safe and understood, we just love her so much
Very disappointed, I had my appointments at 8:45 and never received a txt or email or phone call to tell me they would delay or have to move my appointments because of the weather. I did what I had to do to make it here regardless and the office is closed. I spoke with customer services and the guy was very rude and didn’t care. He was in a rush to hang up the call. They said due to the weather.
The staff is all very friendly but this place is FILTHY (like heath/safety concern dirty) and not very helpful. We're new to El Paso and are on the hunt for a pediatric office and was recommended Dr. Liptacova. We've had 2 visits, the first visit we were charged for the appointment even though it's an annual exam covered by insurance. They corrected it but only after I challenged it.
