We have been coming to Dr. RUIZ for about 5 years my daughter is very very happy with him and his staff. They are absolutely awesome! They have a great deal of patience and care for their patience. Great job to Jim and his staff thank you for your love and care for my daughter!!
The staff were very courteous and professional. Dr. Ruiz went above and beyond. He took his time to explain everything very well not only to me as being the mother, but to my daughter as she was the patient. He showed empathy and patience as my daughter had an object stuck in her ear. I highly recommend this medical practice.
Wonderful pediatrician! Getting an appointment for my son is always quick and easy, and the office itself is spotless. The staff is exceptionally nice, and we are usually in and out in no time. The doctor is not only funny, but they genuinely listen to my concerns and make sure I feel understood. Five stars!
Bianca & Yasmin are very kind and helpful. My kid was a new patient . The check in process was very easy thanks to them. I will definitely be coming back soon. Booked my next appointment already. Great staff over all.
