We love the staff at Almouie in Portland. They are very friendly and professional. My one gripe against them was they were supposed to call with test results after we left but I had to call them instead.

Don't take your newborn or infants here. Any tests, labs, screenings, etc that you are waiting on results for.. they'll call you and if you don't answer and try to call back they don't pick up the phone. I've called 35 times today and not a single person has answered, I've left 5 messages, and still have no idea what my son's results are. Office personnel are genuinely slow and incompetent. I would give 0 starts if it would let me. Unless you're child is being seen for a wellness check you aren't going to get proper care or any care at all. My daughter who has cancer was turned away today. they said the would see her for a visit but would do a culture that i was requesting. She has UTI symptoms and has had in going infections and see's many specialist. They told us the specialist is the one that's needs to do that. Staff was friendly but in three visits we never once saw a doctor , which isnt a big deal , except we never saw the same NP either . The last NP we saw said she was just filling in and completely dismissed our concerns about our newborn.

I waited in the waiting room for 15 or so minutes on top of being the 15 minutes early to my appointment. Was sent back to a room where a nurse ask for my concerns I told her my daughter had an earache and she said the dr would be with me shortly. I waited in my room for an hour with no dr visit. I left the room to take my daughter to the bathroom and when I came back they had put a new patient in my room and the nurses all laughing and sitting in the middle said did you get room three and the dr said room three was hers and... read more

If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. Called at 8:30am for an appointment for my kid. Was given a 9am appointment. Arrived at 10 till. Was told they were a little behind but we were next. At 10am after watching 3 people go in before us I told them they were a joke and we would never come back. Grabbed kiddo and we left. This place SUCKS.

Absolute trash do not take your children here unless you want to wait for an hour in your room just to see the doctor. This place does not take your time seriously at all and they make you wait for everything. I had a 930 appointment to be seen for my newborns 2 week check up, I show up at 9:30 and I'm the only one there and I'm taken to the back right away and the doctor does not come in to see me for more than one hour! Staff always to busy to even greet people. Rude response when you attempt to get there attention, expect for you appointment to not be on time. Appointment for 8 am which is when they open yet still sitting here at 8:30 in the waiting room. Wouldn't even give this joke of an office 1 star

Unprofessional staff. The woman(nurse?) in the t-shirt that does the initial weight in didn't even try to get accurate height, weight, or temperature. The doctor and nurse were good. When the woman in the T-shirt came back to do the vaccination shots we were concerned but went ahead with it. She proceeded to rush through all six shots in 30 seconds and run out of room with baby literally bleeding on the table. The band aids weren't even covering the needle holes.
