I love the doctors here but the staff I'm a little uneasy on. I think more communication would be good. The care is amazing do I won't go anywhere else.
Love the staff! I bring my boys here and they're always excited to come even when they're sick. The medical assistants are nice and front office is always friendly and helpful. The quality of care you get with the provider Ghada elhaj is excellent. She is thorough and detailed when explaining things to me as a parent. She always makes sure to provide the best care! She has helped me with documentation for school. Rooms are clean and the staff are always welcoming!

One of the best clinics i've been to! Everyone is so sweet and helpful. The doctors and medical assistants are very knowledgeable.
Worst pediatrics ever. We have been with them for over an year and not even once did we see an actual doctor. These guys have only Nurse practitioner and the wait times are horrible. Even with appointment and reaching the place well before the appointment time, we had to wait 2 and half hours past our appointment and only to be seen by a nurse. They very unorganised they send me an email for confirmation appointment at 2:30 when i went there they said my appointment was at 1:30 and they apologise for that and then they left me in the room about 2 to 3 hours.and that's not the first time, and the the doctor ask for some lab when went there to do the lab they asked about diagnosis code in the lab office try to reach the doctor office to get the code no one answered the phone and when they answered they put them on hold and then they hanged up and then I tried to call... read more
Scheduled an appt for a Covid test for my toddler. Arrived 10 min early to my appt per the call center instructions. Upon arrival I was told I was supposed to text the number on the door, however the call center did NOT relay said instructions. Office told me they were overbooked and would call me in when they were ready despite that I SCHEDULED an appt. I have now been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes with no answers or visit with doctor. Love Dr Rayabhari, loved Children's. Hate MDKids. They've made Dr Rayabhari very difficult to communicate with, and where I used to be able to use an app for all three of my kids now I'm stuck with a gaping wound of an app that makes me want to find a new doctor.
