Friendly staff and very professional. I've only seen the nurse practitioner, she's very kind and knowledgeable.
I recomend this location and Dr. Nunes, she is really nice and attentive and caring. She is knowledgeable and always willing to help out. My 3 little ones like her a lot and the staff is very nice and welcoming and attentive. Thank you all for all you do for me and my kids!!
The best decision I have made to switch doctor, doing my research on the website finding a pediatrician for my son, I'm so glad I brought my son to Dr. Nuñez (MD KIDS PEDIATRICS). Receptionist nurses are sweet and helpful. Everyone in there just awesome. Very clean and colorful place on every room we get to be sit on. Can't wait to bring my new born soon
Very happy with the staff and doctors here. They are patient, explained everything and very pleasant. I love that location it is very convenient to where we live.
ok took my daughter today and she saw a young African American Dr. Her white coat was filthy her hands looked horrible coat had ink stains it was dirty. they also only have one rest room they share with the entire 7th floor
It is unfortunate for me to write this. Md kids has been my children's doctor for over 10 years. However, throughout those ten years I've been very patient. They had issues with contacting me for follow ups and test results and sending the medicine to the wrong locations. I've been patient until now. My son experienced a medical emergency and we had to get an x ray exam. I was told by the doctor I was going to be contacted within a couple hours. 24 hours later and still haven't received a call. I went here because I had an ear infection and they gave me antibiotics and I took them every 12 hours like I'm supposed to. i was in so much pain and I could barely sleep. until I stopped taking them my ear felt so much better, I went to the md kids pediatric in Katy and they gave me ear drops which has helped my ear infection. I would definitely not go here.
Dr. Yancey is a great doctor and super sweet but the clinic is not reliable. God forbid your child is sick because your going to have to take your child somewhere else because they are always overbooked. When your child is sick sometimes you can't wait a day or two and they should no better but they don't seemed to care!
No COVID friendly, confusing instructions, Chairs are put in 6 feet apart but doesn't seem like staff cleans after each patients. I wish I never came here
