After our first visit, I can confidently say we had a wonderful experience with this office! From the moment I called to schedule my son’s four-month well visit, the staff was friendly and helpful and got him in the very next day, which I really appreciated. We’ve had a very frustrating experience with this office and, unfortunately, we’ve reached the point where we’re switching providers. First, the time commitment for a visit is unreasonable. You can expect to be there for around two hours total—about an hour just waiting, followed by another long stretch before seeing the doctor and completing checkout. Completely ignored my concerns about my toddler having asthma after months of trouble breathing finally went to get a second opinion and immediately was told my son needs a nebulizer and treatment for months to recover his lungs because for months no one hearing my concerns. I was told repeatedly that I’m worrying to much because I’m a first time mom and he was completely fine. I suggest always listening to your gut feeling about your kiddo.

I took my son in and Angela was our medical assistant she did a great job at calming my son while he got his immunizations she also prepped for his shots like I’ve never seen before such a great medical assistant and I would definitely go back to this clinic just to be serviced by her she is a lovely individual

I go to therapy here, Desirae is amazing ! And so are all the medical assistants, shout out Ruby, Latty, Holleen, Angela, Mariah and Hillary they all are so kind and funny !
