I was referred to this clinic by the VA and been going here for 2 years and been doing online visit but recently they requested I provide Credit Card information. I explained I am on a VA referral and the VA would make the payment. They said it's office policy and required to have it on file. I explained, I have been having appointments online for two years without it on file and do not understand why it's an issue now. All this happened a couple days before my appointment this entire situation was handle very poorly.
