I’ve been taking my pet here for a few years, the reception team is always welcoming & friendly, the doctors are also knowledgeable when it comes to your exotics! One of the girls upfront was kind enough to bring me a towel for Desoto to stay warm during his visit. He feels comfortable here & everyone handles him well, the technicians are also patient with him. He came out to visit the ladies after his exam showing me he feels safe!
I've been driving past this place for YEARS! Not realizing it's a veterinarian place. It was only when I needed an experienced exotic veterinarian doctor that I finally came to this place and learned what I had been missing out on, all this time! I LOVE it and the cozy, personal home feeling of this place is very attractive for me. The doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of helpful tips I was looking for. Meadow Brook has been a great vet office for our bunny. They are always able to schedule us quickly and are very responsive. They answer all our questions. The vet and staff are very friendly. We have enjoyed our experience with them for the past 4-5 years.
This has been our vet for 10 years. The Dr are amazing and show care and concern for our dog. They provide great service and do not over prescribe unnecessary tests or medication. We have complete trust in the team here
I've been bringing my dogs here since we adopted the older one almost 5 years ago. Over the years, Dr. Sue, Dr. Mari, and Dr. Samantha have seen both of my boys for everything from regular checkups to ear infections and accidental ingestion of a foreign object. (Puppies are so. darn. quick.) The whole staff is so caring and wonderful. My older dog especially loves Chastain/Meadowbrook because someone is always coming by to say hi and give him pats. 🥰 I know my boys are in good hands there.
