I have a family member up there In Salem Indiana and he has told me about this place and the food sucks staff (cna’s) are lazy as hell and leave some residents laying in their own mess and also they haven’t done anything to a person in that place who threatens to cut other peoples throats and the shower room in one part of old building is falling apart it needs updated and alarms need updated and they need to get updated on stuff in kitchen and stop buying nasty expensive food from gfs and get better food in that place I’m w... read more
