Sara from the leasing office stayed late on a Saturday to push my application through and she was very helpful. The apartment complex is a little on the older side, but the Neighbourhood looks decent and safe. The houses are bigger than usual with the inunit washer and dryer but can’t really complain for the price point.
I do not recommend living in this apartment. First of all, the unit wasn’t even cleaned when we moved in. They came to paint the walls after we had already moved in, and the chemical smell was extremely strong—it lasted for over a week and gave us headaches. Secondly, the AC was broken when we moved in, and it made it hard to sleep. Although the apartment staff were polite, the response time was extremely slow, and it took a long time to get things fixed, which was really frustrating. Great apartments, great amenities, Aprille is the absolute best. She always contacts you multiple times if needed, always friendly and happy to help with whatever it is you need. If you’re missing forms she’ll make sure you know you’re missing them before deadlines and even walk you through anything you don’t understand. Communication in general is very good from the office team, safety and equipment inspections are frequent enough to make you feel taken care of and also very fast to conclude. We were happy enough to come back some 4 years after leaving and return to renting here- nice units that are somewhat roomy although some of the finishes could perhaps use some coats of paint, the grounds are spacious and well taken care of and the star of the show here is the office staff- it’s truly a pleasure to deal with Aprille and Cory and they’ve truly made every effort to accommodate my family’s health challenges and I thank them for that.
