We were happy enough to come back some 4 years after leaving and return to renting here- nice units that are somewhat roomy although some of the finishes could perhaps use some coats of paint, the grounds are spacious and well taken care of and the star of the show here is the office staff- it’s truly a pleasure to deal with Aprille and Cory and they’ve truly made every effort to accommodate my family’s health challenges and I thank them for that. Great apartments, great amenities, Aprille is the absolute best. She always contacts you multiple times if needed, always friendly and happy to help with whatever it is you need. If you’re missing forms she’ll make sure you know you’re missing them before deadlines and even walk you through anything you don’t understand. Communication in general is very good from the office team, safety and equipment inspections are frequent enough to make you feel taken care of and also very fast to conclude. Really nice community. Leasing agent Aprille is really responsive to all my issues and is constantly organizing community events. Ahmad the maintenance technician is so friendly and knowledgeable. Puts a renter at ease!
I would like to commend Ahmed, the Maintenance Technician at Meadowbrook Village! Ahmed is expert in quite diverse areas of maintenance. He is professional, yet personable, responsive, timely and a true asset at Meadowbrook Village! I hope Ahmed is highly appreciated and valued by McKinley’ for the tremendous value he brings! The staff here is wonderful very friendly and accommodating. They will help you with everything you ask about. The Apartments are very nice. I am on the second floor and it is so bright. There are lots of closets for storage
