I had a terrible move-in experience with this apartment complex. Despite being promised a clean and ready unit for our scheduled move-in on 8/9, the apartment was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom was filthy, with broken tiles on the walls and visible stains on the sink. Our move-in time was delayed from 2 PM to 5 PM for cleaning, yet no one ever showed up. Aprille Lee was unusually helpful and supportive. She is very smart and willing. She goes above and beyond any person i have dealt with in this type of position. She was really the reason we signed up for an apartment. She gave us confidence in the entire operation because we believed her.

My fiancé and I have absolutely loved our time here at Meadowbrook Village, we’ve been here for two years and are about to sign the lease for another year. The location is great, the apartments are spacious, and the neighborhood is lovely. I highly recommend the second floor apartments - the vaulted ceilings are beautiful. Maintenance is handled in a timely fashion and the employees are always very kind. The apartments are very nice and comfortable to live in. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I don't make a lot and almost one entire paycheck goes into paying for rent. Therefore if I were to disregard the money aspect, it would definitely be a 5/5 for me. There is also no loud commotion happening outside your window so you won't be bothered at night.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for 4 years and overall I have enjoyed my time here. Pros: -The view of my apartment is very scenic/does not look onto any other apartments. If looking here, I would highly recommend seeing if you can get an apartment with a good view. -About a 10 minute drive to everything you would need.
