I had an extraction a few months ago I had an amazing experience. My son needed his wisdom teeth removed and I’m so happy with the staff, dentist, and the cleanliness of this dental office. Highly Recommend. Wish I could give more stars.
My wife visited this clinic for treatment and provided her insurance details in advance. The clinic verified the insurance and proceeded without requesting any additional payment at the time, which is usually clarified upfront. Later on, we received an email stating that insurance only covered $200 out of $241 and asked us to pay the remaining $41. My first time coming here. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I’ve been waiting since November to have a tooth extracted. My dentist had to call in a specialist. I was in so much pain I couldn’t wait any longer at my dentist. I called this clinic last night after closing by 9 am this morning they called and took me at 10am everyone was so friendly. Always a pleasure to have my dental hygienist Tanu take care of my teeth. She is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable in her chair. Her service is exceptional!
For me with any dental procedures, a slow gentle approach has worked best for me with the post procedure experience. In my past, dentists who get me in and out of a drilling and filling in under 15 minutes have resulted in months of temperature sensitivity. It took nearly an hour and I am very happy with Dr. Wie and her approach. Thank you.
