0 stars. Same complaints as others. I was scheduled with Meah because my previous two providers had left. Despite being offered a payment plan or partial payment with previous balance, this woman refused my appointment as it should be starting even after being informed that the pricing wasn’t consistent with my previous appointments. if i could give meah 0 stars i would. my previous provider with lifestance had left so i was scheduled with meah via telehealth. i had a balance with my previous provider however lifestance set me up on a payment plan. 5 mins before my telehealth appointment meah sends me a chat and says the balance has to be paid in full or she wont see me. i advise meah that the office gave me the option of a payment plan and i had made a payment prior to our appointment. meah didnt even offer to help just simply refused to respond. meah m... read more

I’m not one to leave reviews & I won’t go into details but if you want someone who is compassionate, understanding & supportive - don’t choose Meah. I instantly called, cancelled my prescription transfer, cancelled my follow up appt & rescheduled with someone else.

Meah Mccray is wonderful about going over medications and finding the correct ones. I feel she listens to what is being said. Since switching over to Ms. Mccray I feel overall the best I have in years.

Excellent care but the billing is a nightmare. Watch your bill for mistery charges and get your boxing gloves on because they will promise to remove the charge and then won't. I've been through three rounds of this.
