I had my brakes done at this shop and was really impressed with the service. The mechanic was not only very helpful and informative, but also honest about what needed to be fixed, no upselling or pressure. One of the best and honest mechanics in the greater Charlotte area, especially if you're in the gaston/belmont/lowell suburbs. Speaks Spanish as well, works quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable, although I wish there was signage for auto service rates just for visibility.I've gone to other mechanics in the area and they don't provide the same quality customer service as this business. One things for sure… anything you need done to your car Sam will definitely help you out. Not only was he quick but he was also kind and took the time to show me what needed to be done and why. Not like any other service tech I’ve ever met who tried to upsale. Sam is genuine and honest with repairs and explains things in a way that makes sense. Give him a try!!!
Excellent mechanical diagnoatician. Two times now, he's saved me with serious car troubles, and both times, the turnaround to get my car back was extremely quick. He is also very honest in his pricing, and I've never felt that he has overcharged me. I am so grateful to have found an honest and reliable mechanic.
