One of the best and honest mechanics in the greater Charlotte area, especially if you're in the gaston/belmont/lowell suburbs. Speaks Spanish as well, works quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable, although I wish there was signage for auto service rates just for visibility.I've gone to other mechanics in the area and they don't provide the same quality customer service as this business. I can't say enough good things about this mechanic! He is incredibly skilled, fast, and honest. After another mechanic misdiagnosed my car's issue and even discouraged me from repairing it, I brought it here, and I'm so glad I did. He quickly diagnosed the real problem — a faulty gas pump — and fixed it at a great price. His reliability, experience, and friendly attitude made the entire process stress-free. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust with your car, I highly recommend him!
Excellent mechanical diagnoatician. Two times now he's saved me with serious car troubles and both times the turnaround to get my car back was extremely quick. He is also very honest in his pricing and I've never felt that he has overcharged me. So grateful to have found an honest and reliable mechanic.
My first impression of Mr. Sam Mendez was that he was very professional mechanic backed by certified quality. He was respectful and efficient with my time servicing my car and my wife's car to add.
