Our experience with Mecca Property Management was marked by poor coordination, inaccurate written statements, and a lack of follow-through on documented safety and habitability issues. We reported numerous problems with photos and videos. Only two items received any attempted follow-up, neither of which was resolved. It has been an excellent experience working with Trevor Cluff as well as Nate and the other team members at Mecca. They are very friendly, professional, and responsive to requests for assistance at our commercial lease property (I am a tenant).

Having the opportunity to work with this company has been wonderful. They have a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, fantastic customer service, knowledge and experience. There is a very good sense of organization and efficiency on their part. My experience working with them has been positive. With such an excellent partner, Residence Billing couldn't be happier.

Mecca has consistently provided top-notch service. The personnel is especially knowledgeable and available when you need them. The communities are well maintained, and everybody seems to genuinely care. Highly recommend!
