It’s alright. The approval was quick and easy I’ll give them that. However, I’ve waited essentially 2 weeks for the physical card. Finally called to ask what was going on only to find out they shipped it the wrong address. The woman on the phone didn’t even bother ensuring she had the correct address when I told her where it should have been sent. So now it’s just a hoping game that I receive my physical card.
The only site I trust with getting my recommendation letter from. Been using them for years and they’ve always been very professional and hassle free. Every year I get great service and I don’t get stressed out when time comes to get another recommendation. Thanks Med Card Now! See you guys next year!
