This provider service has been assuring me since Sept. 2024 they would have someone at my residence 25 hours a week. Last week I was discharged from Sundance in New Braunfels with more assurances a provider from Medteam would be here. A no show last Tues. morning, showed up on Thurs. (the wrong day), and a call on Friday after another no show. I was informed they could not find anyone to cover weekends. Everyone at this office are excellent. They treat me and my son greatly and I love them all.
I truly do love this agency! They have looked out for my uncle since our last agency closed due to the pandemic. Lois is a supervisor for this company, and she always goes above and beyond with anything he may need along with being SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING 🤩 THANK YOU Med-Team for making a difference in the lives of people who are a part of this great company.

I have called many times and I had a person come out and sign some paper work. I got 11 hours from the state. It's been over a month and no one here to help me. I also got someone to help me, but really getting low on patience. Maybe it's time to look for another agency.
