I just fired this agency . I had caregivers show up and do drug deals on the clock . Yes , they took me to the library . When I was finished I walked out and could not find them anywhere . They had met someone up the street to buy marijuana. Asked me if I would smoke with them ! Then placed imthe bag under her seat . Emily did this one.... She break my belongings and did not tell me. Have had issues all along, most were delt will by contacting office manager. One of the RN's while on Home Health for my parents was very snippy and out right rude. An office staff member told me that no one there liked me, for voicing my father's wishing. This is not professional behavior! Managing the Home Health care for both parents is not a popularity contest. It was my job to convey what my parents' desires are. While my mom was on Hospice, there was a huge issue with dosing Warfarin and antibiotics safely. Which was ... read more
