We overall had an awesome experience with the nurses. HUGE shout out to Tish S. She was always there for us and gave exceptional care to my Mom. She's always available to answer questions and offer up any suggestions and care when needed. She took the time to see that my Mom felt cared for. AAA +++

I've had balance issues for years & have been addressed by other therapists with minimal results. This time, Mark introduced me to an exercise that I had not been given before. This is a long term one that builds leg muscles therefore less balance problems. The OT gave me pulmonary exercises that helped with a lung issue. The nurses were also fabulous & my results were excellent. A group of talented & compassionate employees!

Medford Signature Healthcare and the Department of Human Services have been lifesavers for my Loved One with dementia and a Godsend for me as the support person/POA. I regrettably do not reside locally due to extended family needing assistance a few hours away. We are just one week in on hospice . So far they are incredibly attentive. They do not waste time when medications are needed and doin reasonably quick on equipment we have needed keep my husband safe and ar at home where he wants to be.

Everybody I work with at signature home health was great. My only problem was at the end my wound care supplies quit coming and so I actually bought some myself. I don't even know why they weren't coming and the nurses didn't either.
