This program works. It's not a one-size fits all. Everyone's lifestyle is different. Women will sometimes experience water weight gain. Dr Clark and Dr Chrissy understand and are always encouraging. I must say i was skeptical at first and was thinking can the program do that i have not tried before. Well, i am pleased to say that it has been 2 months and i lost 30 lbs already!
