Medi is the best, most effective and sustainable weight loss and maintenance program I have used. It's, by far, the program I have had the most success with. I'm learning a healthy sustainable life style and how my body works. The people at the Billerica, MA location are professional, friendly and supportive. They do all of the insurance leg work for me, answer any questions I have and explain things to me in a comprehensive way. I have, and will continue to, recommended friends and family to Medi Weightloss.
I have tried many modifications in the past with my diet. Thanks to Vedran and his staff at the Billerica Medi Weight location I have lost over 50 lbs and have been able to keep it off. It is such a friendly environment. Jen, Carolyn and Vedran are all so nice! I feel comfortable with everyone there. I never feel judged by anyone. The program really works. It is not just some diet, It is truly a realistic lifestyle change.
Because the program and support is wonderful and because of the Staff at Medi Weight loss, I have learned so much about my body. I am making better food choices, exercising more, and have a better understanding of how carbohydrates, sugars and protein affect my weight loss and overall health! The day I first walked into Medi-Weightloss in Billerica, I did not have a positive attitude. I was suspicious of the foods in the waiting area and the description of the program. Still my wife and I went through with the program and we followed it to the letter. I was happy to discover they didn’t want us eating more than two of their foods a day and there was no requirement to eat them. I made changes in my diet and I saw changes. I started in April.
