I started my journey in September. I am thankful for the staff. There is no judgment; only helpful advise and guidance and always a patient listening ear. Anyone who feels the time is now, I recommend you come to here. These are a fabulous group of people that will guide you and enjoy the journey with you.
I’ve been going for a year now and have lost 50 pounds. The program works as long as you put in the work. Everyone is very friendly and listens to your issues and helps you get through the week. I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to lose weight.
I started coming here 5 weeks ago and I’ve already lost 7 pounds with their help with their nutrition plan and weightloss supplements! The staff are really nice and helpful!
