Amazing program, lots of helpful information! Truly outstanding, compassionate, and engaging staff and support team! Everytime I'm there I feel so heard and supported in my weight loss journey! I feel like this is the best way to change your lifestyle for the better if you have weight to lose. Give them a try - you'll be glad you did!!!

I love this program, no hunger. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I went into this because no matter what I did I gained more weight. I simply follow the plan, no crazy exercise routines unless I want too and I lost 3 lbs the first week and 6 lbs the 2 nd week.People are noticing the difference already and it feels great and so do I .

I love the staff, they are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. They also are very encouraging and will sit with you and answer any questions and are just so helpful. The program does not feel like a diet, it is very easy to follow and I also like that it is medically supervised.

Living on 600 calories a day is impossible. Recent medical studies show that starvation isn’t a viable for the average person without medical help, which is not offered in the introductory phase. Don’t know why. Seems archaic, sorry. I decided not to continue with program.
