Very rude receptionist. After being told that my insurance wouldn't cover me for service, I decided to pay out of pocket. I asked for details about that, then she disconnect the call. After calling back, I could hear her in the background telling the intern what to say to me. Very unprofessional, because if the call dropped, when I redialed, woud to tell me about the service.
I can't say enough about my experience at Medi-Weight loss Fall River. I have been a patient for over 4 years and I have had tremendous success with this program. They have provided a caring and productive avenue for me to succeed. I have to give credit to the both the administrative and providers at this location. I absolutely love coming to Medi every week! The girls are amazing! I always love chatting with Tiara before I see Jen! Her bubbly personality makes my day even if my weigh in wasn’t great!!
This practice is amazing! From the front desk when you are greeted by Lisa. She is kind and so helpful. She has a positive energy. Than Tiara the medical Assistant is so positive, caring and efficient. Both Jen and Victoria the nurse practitioners are so knowledgeable and professional . They really care about you and want to help you succeed. I really enjoy coming here . I always leave feeling good about myself . Thank You!!
