I met my goal of twenty pounds quickly by following the Medi food guidelines. The first week was “tough” with the immediate results being worth the effort. All staff are totally knowledgeable an supportive as they listened to all my worries and woes of completing the weekly progress sheet. I loved the each week consultation.. encouragement ..showing my progress. I asked and they answered and I got back more than I expected ..a renewed me! Thank you! We are a great team!!
