I've been with the program for almost 2 months and I've lost 18 pounds! I really look forward to the weekly check-ins! When I go into the office I'm able to ask all kinds of questions about diet and nutrition and the ladies in the office have really helped me every step of the way to understand the various aspects. All staff are totally knowledgeable an supportive as they listened to all my worries and woes of completing the weekly progress sheet.
