I just started about 2 weeks ago. Every single person on the staff is so kind and supportive! I’ve struggled for years to lose weight and have the willpower to follow any food plan, but they make it so motivating and they always encourage me to give myself grace if there’s something I need to work on. Plus their protein bars and snacks are DELICIOUS!
