Fast results, no high pressure sales tactics, and they recommend things that actually work. I’ve lost over 30 lbs in under two months with this establishments plans and recommendations so far. I’ve never had results loosing weight like I have these past months with Medi. I find the program easy to stick with, a life change. I feel happier and have more energy. I hit a plateau and the staff has been most helpful and understanding to get me unstuck and back on track.

I am so thankful I found Medi! The staff here is amazing and super knowledgeable. My weight loss journey has been difficult due to obtaining a major injury right after starting and they have been so supportive through all of my ups and downs during recovery, surgery, and recovery again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their weight and learning how to eat properly for their body. Go see them!
