Dr. Abraham and his staff are awesome. The diet is very simple to follow and the accountability of weekly weigh-ins and urine samples (to check ketones) made me very discipline to not cheat. I've lost over 50 lbs since the beginning of November 2023 with minimal exercise and my blood pressure and BMI have both dropped to ideal numbers. Highly recommended!
Medi-Weightloss in Kittery is Awesome! They are helpful and supportive throughout the weightloss journey. I would definitely seek them out if you are serious about getting healthy and loosing weight.
It has only been 6-7 weeks for me but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also except insurance which is a help with cost. All around it has been a great experience 😀
