Dr Abraham provides great support in weight loss efforts. His program helped me lose 45 pounds without glp1 meds.
Dr. Abraham and his staff are awesome. The diet is very simple to follow and the accountability of weekly weigh-ins and urine samples (to check ketones) made me very discipline to not cheat. I've lost over 50 lbs since the beginning of November 2023 with minimal exercise and my blood pressure and BMI have both dropped to ideal numbers. Highly recommended!
