They checked my blood work when I first started the program, but they NEVER checked again. They had received my medical records so they had access to my medical history. At "appointments", they checked my weight, measured my waist & neck, repeatedly tried to sell me products that were bad for me (such as whey protein powder when I'm lactose intolerant), & eagerly billed my insurance. I started on this program. I am a type 2 diabetic. I got very sick and ended up in the hospital with metabolic acidosis. I was only on the diet one week.

I went to medi weight loss - week 1 was good, they went over everything fairly well (didn't really go over results of all the tests) week 2 awful, no help whatso ever, (i went on a different day) so i asked to be scheduled only on Wednesday because the pa that day was good - I basically lost a week Every time I went, I would be asked - do you want a b shot (I don't know should I have them weekly) Only spent about 10 minutes trying to sell product looking at food journal - very limited food After week 4 I asked for an ap... read more
The Staff at the Braintree office doesn't seem very invested. No motivation or support. The only person I met with and seem to care was Mariah who didn't work at the Braintree office regularly. The few visits I had was confusing and wasteful. I followed the 1st week to the letter (2nd time around) and lost NO weight and no could explain why.
