Actually works! If you put effort in following the plan you’re gonna get amazing results. If you have trouble taking off weight, you will NOT have issue with this. I went for my first appointment Friday. All the staff were so nice and knowledgeable. They took their time with me and made me feel very comfortable. They were great at answering all of my questions and I left feeling super excited for my journey!
