After 6 weeks in the program, I am already down 18 pounds! The structure of this program is feasible and sustainable. The weekly visits so far have been so much more than weighing in. Receiving one to one time to ask questions and receive counseling and tips that are unique to me has made this experience so different from previous programs I’ve done.
