Everyone is so supportive, considerate and kind. The people who work here as well as the doctors, PA’s and nurses talk to you and guide you in the very best ways. They make suggestions and remember who you are from your very first visit. They always want to be there for you. I wish the people who work in my primary doctor’s office were as wonderful as they all are. Over the last few months I am down 17 pounds. Still on track to loose more!
Went to get the shots to make you lose weight they try to sell you on their program food. I was not interested in that spent $300 and it was a waste of money and time! I would highly recommend the wellness spot in the Publix plaza I went there and lost 25 pounds in a month and paid way less!! Up until my last visit I would have provided at least a 4 star rating. However, at my last visit I had an all out anxiety attack with BP 177/99, crying in the arms of a Tech and completely upset. The owner at no time expressed any sympathy or sensitivity. She never asked how I felt or expressed that she was sorry I felt the way I did. It all stemmed from me asking for a particular Tech to administer my shots. The Tech is kind and patient and causes minimal pain.
