The “Office Manager” is super harsh, very condescending, and simply unprofessional. Unfortunately, she is the entire reason I am leaving this review and have discontinued my service. Her attitude consistently changed the atmosphere of the office and turned what should have been a supportive environment into an uncomfortable and stressful experience. Months and months and weekly phone calls and the providers at Medi weight loss could not get the information corrected that they sent to my insurance to get the meds approved.
The success at Medi Weightloss my husband and I have experienced, after nearly 6 months with a combined total of of over 90lbs of weight loss, is enough for me to refer friends, family or anyone in general looking to lose weight. The staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging. This program really works.
