The “Office Manager” is super harsh, very condescending, and simply unprofessional. Unfortunately, she is the entire reason I am leaving this review and have discontinued my service. Her attitude consistently changed the atmosphere of the office and turned what should have been a supportive environment into an uncomfortable and stressful experience. The success at Medi Weightloss my husband and I have experienced, after nearly 6 months with a combined total of of over 90lbs of weight loss, is enough for me to refer friends, family or anyone in general looking to lose weight. The staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging. This program really works.
