The program is great and it really works ! Jennifer and Lou are very helpful and most of the coaches have been great ( I have seen 4 different coaches since I started) and every employee has been nothing but nice . Now for some constructive criticism and the reason for not giving 5 stars and has to do with billing . When I signed up there was definite miscommunication on the amount paid at first .
