Today’s unpleasant experience. While staff are typically super supportive & provide helpful tips; instead of embracing New England’s beautiful fall season with pumpkins and tasteful images of fall foliage, an unwise decision was made to put a fake mouse (that appeared real) in the patients’ restroom near a garbage can. I was frightened while providing a urine sample. The service and the staff is outstanding i’ve been a customer for several years. The program works.
I love it here and have had great success. Allison is my favorite at the Wethersfield office! She is so sweet and personable with her patients! Also, she definitely doesn’t judge you when you mess up on your diet!!!! I feel very comfortable around her.
All the staff are incredibly friendly, encouraging and educated. I always walk into smiling faces no matter the time or the day. I’m currently only on week three and already down more than 11 pounds. The process truly works if you stick to it and follow the medical providers program and if anyone is looking for a weight loss program, I highly encourage checking out, Medi-weightloss!
Medi is definitely the one that works! wonderful staff, very uplifting and patient. definitely is not easy but once you see your results and start feeling better you don’t want to quit! I love this program and definitely recommend it to anyone who’s trying to lose weight and just feel better about themselves overall.
