I started as a patient with Medi in May of 2023. AND have totally fallen in love with “the one that works” !!! May 14, 2024 I joined the Winston Salem team as their nurse practitioner and I continue to lose weight with my patients !!! Best program ever created … very sustainable and reliable.

This program works as long as you are willing to put in the work and listen. Amazing group of ladies that hold you accountable and get to know your goals. It worked so well I had my husband join and together we have lost over 150 pounds!!! Best decision we've made!
