I had gained a lot weight after a health issue and treatment. I was able to lose a few pounds on my own then I was stuck. I made an appointment with Medi weight loss and started the program in Jan. Now it is mid April and I’m down 27 lbs and almost 3 sizes. I have lost fat and maintained my muscle. I like so many things about this program. I would recommend because it’s a weight loss program that's easy to follow and it really works! My friend recommended the program to me. I love the staff. Everyone here wants you to succeed. I love coming in and being recognized, asked about my family, and how I’m doing. What I thought went well for the week and where I need help.
