I lived here for three years with my roommate and had so many wonderful memories here. The community is beautiful, quiet, and with great amenities that met almost everything I was looking for. Maintenance was always prompt, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Zandalee for helping me so much, especially with getting an important mail, and to Zontise for helping me when I first moved in three years ago. Thank you for everything! I’m truly grateful for my time here. ❤️

Laundry prices have gone up a lot! It was about 1.75 per wash two years ago, now it's $3. With the dryer too, you're paying double.. $3.5 ->$6 Also, over the past two years when I was late on rent twice, they never told me that one late fee is waived per year. This time, due to a system error I had to pay a late fee, and only then did they mention I hadn't used my one-time waiver in the past year and applied it. This place breaths professionalism and kindness. My son and his girlfriend initially signed up for apartment reservation, however there were changes along the way, which were met with a promise from Medical Courts staff to work on making these changes. While we decided to go with a different McKinley property due to better proximity to the North Campus, our experience with Shivon and Zony was great, they were responsive, punctual, and curteous.

I absolutely loved my stay at Medical Center Court Apartments! My experience with this apartment complex has been outstanding. Lawren, Jeanae, Alex and maintenance team consistently go above and beyond to help with anything I need—from signing a lease remotely while living in another state, to taking care of my car when I had to leave it in the parking lot without a permit. Having been a resident for the past two years, I can confidently say that my experience has been suburb with Medical Center Court! Not only was it affordable on a graduate student budget, but also maintenance and the leasing office made me feel welcomed, safe, and they were all extremely responsive whenever I had a question or needed something fixed.
