This place breaths professionalism and kindness. My son and his girlfriend initially signed up for apartment reservation, however there were changes along the way, which were met with a promise from Medical Courts staff to work on making these changes. While we decided to go with a different McKinley property due to better proximity to the North Campus, our experience with Shivon and Zony was great, they were responsive, punctual, and curteous.
I submitted a maintenance request for a broken kitchen cabinet, and Jason went above and beyond by replacing all the kitchen cabinets. The new cabinets look amazing and have completely transformed the look of my home. I'm extremely pleased with the results and the quality of work. Highly recommend!
The apartment has been great so far! It was a lot more spacious than i had originally thought and is really close to the campus. The ladies up at the front desk are so so great and management has been super responsive as I try and get the move in maintenance set up.
This is a great apartment! I lived here for three years. The officer is so nice and responsive. — updated review: the office had bad attitude right after you moving out and returning the keys! They refused to support to figure out my last suspiciously high bill (after I returned the keys) and continued passing the buck!
Our experience at Medical Center Apartments has been second to none. The community as a whole is safe and secure, and the location is perfect. It provides parking, it is close enough to walk to the hospital or Medical Center or you can purchase a parking pass. There is also convenient bus transportation if needed.
