This place breaths professionalism and kindness. My son and his girlfriend initially signed up for apartment reservation, however there were changes along the way, which were met with a promise from Medical Courts staff to work on making these changes. While we decided to go with a different McKinley property due to better proximity to the North Campus, our experience with Shivon and Zony was great, they were responsive, punctual, and curteous.
The location is ideal for commuting to the hospital. The price is pretty typical for Ann Arbor. From what I know the prices have been consistent while surrounding neighborhoods have been rising or fluctuating, so that is a pro. The apartments are well-kept, with a responsive and kind management team. Shavon, the customer care associate, has been especially responsive to all of the questions and concerns I have had! They definitely make the concerns of their tenants a priority.
Our experience at Medical Center Apartments has been second to none. The community as a whole is safe and secure, and the location is perfect. It provides parking, it is close enough to walk to the hospital or Medical Center or you can purchase a parking pass. There is also convenient bus transportation if needed. Medical center courts is a great option particularly due to their amazing service. I spoke with Linny over the phone - she patiently answered all my questions and diligently walked me through all the available options. She was incredibly kind and friendly! Definitely one of the best agents I've talked to!
Management is awesome! Shavon has been extremely helpful through my experience and transfer! She really gets things done quickly and professionally. She has been open with communication and always responds in a timely fashion. Shavon is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her hard work so very much!
