Had appointment with Dr. Saraf this morning, friendly, efficient patient service representative, Barbara, same with Lexi, the work up tech who gathered data and prepped me for the doctor visit. Dr. Saraf was friendly, explained things very well, and clearly very competent. Took great care of me, answered my questions thoroughly. Efficient but not rushed. Very happy.
Very happy with the care I’ve received from Medical Eye Center (opthamology with Dr. Oliva and surgery with Dr. Saraf). Everyone is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Great surgery team! Super skilled and state of the art facility. I appreciate Medical Eye Center.
The care I've experienced at the Medical Eye Center has been, what I consider, to be extremely competent, professional, and kind. The staff are all very considerate and friendly. Dr.s Do and Saraf have been very informative with explanations and diagnosis and provided timely and effective treatments.
Excellent service! Fixed my eyes! From removing cataracts both eyes then removing floaters in my right eye. Left eye next for removing floaters! No pain! 20 20 eyesight in right eye 20 30 left eye. Amazing! Thank you Medical Eye Center Medford!
