Had appointment with Dr. Saraf this morning, friendly, efficient patient service representative, Barbara, same with Lexi, the work up tech who gathered data and prepped me for the doctor visit. Dr. Saraf was friendly, explained things very well, and clearly very competent. Took great care of me, answered my questions thoroughly. Efficient but not rushed. Very happy.
Staff and Doc were very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail. Did not rush appointment and made sure all of our questions were answered. Definitely recommend them.
I'm been with Medical Eye Center ever since they took over after Dr. Paden retired. MEC has continued the excellent service that Dr. Paden's office did. Dr. Do is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my recent experience at MEC
I had a great experience, even tho my eye was in bad shape! The staff were so friendly, I even hugged one. Dr lemley introduced himself, I knew immediately he was a nice caring Dr by his warm greeting. He explained everything to me step by step, he eased my worry and fear about my eye condition. He answered all my questions with complete knowledgeable words I understood. I have found a really GREAT and caring doctor, I'm so Happy that I found a doctor whom I can trust with my care.
Visit was perfect. Trying to get the prescription awful. Called last wk on Tuesday and told i would have prescription by Thursday latest. On Friday said prescription being appealed. A week later called and told it was being appealed to Medicare and when pressed told it could take a month. I should have been told this information when i was there. All they had to do was explain the situation. The woman was irritated today when i called.
