Had appointment with Dr. Saraf this morning, friendly, efficient patient service representative, Barbara, same with Lexi, the work up tech who gathered data and prepped me for the doctor visit. Dr. Saraf was friendly, explained things very well, and clearly very competent. Took great care of me, answered my questions thoroughly. Efficient but not rushed. Very happy.
I went to medical eye because I was seeing some big-black images and then a big tear drop-like photo in my left eye. I went in that same day. I met with Katherine Joltilov, MD. I lost my right eye due to eye cancer 2 1/2 years ago. She examined my eyes and was very honest, clear and to the point with me. She said I had to go to the emergency room. She had told me that she has seen patient's lose vision very quickly with this diagnosis. She wanted me to get a biopsy and was concerned that I may have giant cell arteritis. I wa... read more
The Doctors who make up this office AND their entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & cared for. Everybody at the Medical Eye Center that we’ve come in contact with has great deal of respect for the us as patients and they do a thorough job of diagnosing , advising and following through with any treatment you may need This place rocks
I'm been with Medical Eye Center ever since they took over after Dr. Paden retired. MEC has continued the excellent service that Dr. Paden's office did. Dr. Do is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my recent experience at MEC
The care I've experienced at the Medical Eye Center has been, what I consider, to be extremely competent, professional, and kind. The staff are all very considerate and friendly. Dr.s Do and Saraf have been very informative with explanations and diagnosis and provided timely and effective treatments.
