Audiologist Kerri is a caring, thoroughly, pro-active professional with extensive knowledge and experience who ensures client satisfaction and a perfect fitting/calibrating/fine tuning hearing aids. She interacted with my insurance provider and waded through the latter's bureaucracy with ease and speed. Rate her atop her field.

I stopped in unannounced and reported that my hearing aid wasn’t working. The doctor took a look and replaced the wire, No Charge! I was out in less than 5 minutes. It doesn’t get any better than that. Great job and Thank you.
Kerri is always friendly and professional. She immediately diagnosed the problem with my hearing aid and explained the options. She even supplied me with a loaner pair of hearing aids until my new set arrived. Great service and expertise.
