Saw Kerri last week for last hearing aid adjustment for now - adjusted my sounds, fitted new smaller wire, made sure all good, call if problem, etc. Once again company and ME lucky 🍀 to have Kerri!
Audiologist Kerri is a caring, thoroughly, pro-active professional with extensive knowledge and experience who ensures client satisfaction and a perfect fitting/calibrating/fine tuning hearing aids. She interacted with my insurance provider and waded through the latter's bureaucracy with ease and speed. Rate her atop her field.
Kerri is very thorough in her exam and help with any issues with the hearing aids. Very pleasant experience and very satisfied with my devices.
Love my experience with Karrie!! She is so professional, knowledgeable, patient, tireless looking for solutions and helping to guide the patient to understand the use of hearing aids and choices. Very nice experience!
I stopped in unannounced and reported that my hearing aid wasn’t working. The doctor took a look and replaced the wire, No Charge! I was out in less than 5 minutes. It doesn’t get any better than that. Great job and Thank you.
