Julia and Suzanne are knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and warmly accommodating. Due to insurance changes (ha!) we had to do a bit of shopping but Julia found the right hearing aids in my price range. They were promptly delivered and I'm very happy. Kudos to a great team!
Julia is great. Tuned my hearing aids (bought in Iowa) to my hearing issues and now work better than the day I first put them in ! The audio test she gave me was 5 times more elaborate and thorough than the place I bought them. Purchased a new pair from her today besides having my old ones tuned up. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I live in Venice and recommend this business more than highly.
