The video conference is a different experience at first I was very skeptical However the process is easy it is legit and the staff walked me through it. It's so easy. Everyone that I spoke with through text phone call and video chat was very understanding and helpful. I want to say thank you for the help. Call compassionate care first.
I love these guys. They are in close contact with you. They give you time to get in any paperwork that is needed. They send you reminders and have instructions for the visit. I received an email with links to be sure I would not have a problem right when the appointment is starting. They are with you beginning to end. This was my second visit and was very satisfied with both.
The experience was handled quickly and easily. I applied online on a Sunday evening and within a couple hours I was talking with a doctor. A five minute talk with the doctor and a couple things to go over and sign then I was done. Im now just waiting for my card in the mail.
I had a great experience with the Compassionate Care Consultants. The appointment was simple to set up and the instructions were very helpful and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking treatment and advice. Thank you for a very positive and helpful experience!
The process was easy. I very much appreciate that I could do a Tele-Medicine visit as there is currently a spike in COVID-19 cases in Allegheny County and I have been trying to stay safe. I would definitely recommend this practice.
