The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I had a very short weight in the waiting room and a short weight in the exam room, and the Doctor Who came in, explained everything beautifully to me and put me on antibiotic that is working with the first pillow I took. My experience couldn’t have been better. It was thorough, efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What more can anyone ask for? I am extremely satisfied and happy and will use this urgent care center again.
Dr Dave wasn’t even in the room a minute he barely stepped through the door to view my hand and said antibiotics, clean wound and tetanus and walked out. I never got to ask any questions and I felt not cared for or that my issue wasn’t important. I had to go to my PCP who prescribed very strong antibiotics and ordered X-ray and MRI cause there is a great chance I have torn something from my cat bite. My hand is extremely swollen. I won’t be back to Mediquick.
Awesome experience at MedQuick! The staff was friendly, professional, and very fast. They took great care of all my health needs and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was from start to finish. Highly recommend MedQuick if you’re looking for quick and quality care!
Dr. B treated me today & I must say he was very cordial, knowledgeable and his Dr-Patient interaction was so impressive & time spent educating us that my wife & I are making the switch to this Dr & location for all our future medical needs. The staff were very polite & efficient. We are very satisfied & sure you will be too! AA
I was there for CDL med card. The staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor was expedient but thorough. The wait was a bit long. But with walk-in only and no appointments I'm sure was the reason. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended. (TBH) I've waited longer at primary physicians office with an appointment.
