Went to the Mediquick on Pinnacle Drive. I was seen by Dr Bogdanowicz. I was absolutely amazed by the attention and care received. I had been seen 3 weeks prior by someone else and was still feeling tight in my chest and coughing. I’m not complaining about the previous provider. Dr. Bogdanowicz did an incredible job of explaining what was going on in my lungs and the best treatment. He took the time needed to explain. I wasn’t feeling well and tried to ride it out for a day or two. As my symptoms got worse, I realized I needed to seek treatment. I have never been to this location, but I gave them a shot. They exceeded all my expectations. From the minute I walked in until I checked out, the staff was great. They were very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic if you need walk-in services. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!
Dr. Bogdanowicz and staff have been immensely helpful and reassuring over this past week. I’ve been dealing hives and facial swelling to the point I’ve visited them three times. Each time I was met with compassion and empathy. I hope my allergic reaction goes away soon, but if it doesn’t, I know they’ll be helpful in an uncomfortable time.
I would only go there for a cold or flu. They don't treat special things and I had a bad rash. They never gave me medicine and now I would have to pay to be seen again. I will have to go to a real doctor because the first time was misdiagnosed from this location . I would spend the money on a real doctor. They told my husband not to come back because he went in for back spasms. So you need to find a real doctor that specializes in what you need. I was feeling horrible and could not get an appointment at my PCP office (nothing new) so I went to Mediquick. The staff and provider were all amazing. From taking time to locate my insurance info to letting me wait in my car and even letting me lie down and getting me a soft blanket. The compassion and empathy shown was so appreciated and such a nice change from past experiences. Your team should be proud of the job they are doing.
