OUR HEATER DIDN'T COME ON AT THE START OF LAST SEASON. THEY SENT A TECH OUT THE NEXT DAY WHO WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE PART IN ONE VISIT. THE COST WAS COVERED UNDER THE YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACT WE HAVE WITH THEM.
THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME-FRAME. HE WAS IN UNIFORM AND CAME IN A COMPANY TRUCK WHICH ASSURED ME HE WAS LEGITIMATE. THE SERVICEMAN CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS COMPLETED AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS.
THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED IN THE STATED TIME FRAME. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WITH A MINIMUM OF DOWN TIME.
