I have had Meerkat do a two major projects a few years between each project. Both were completed well. Any major project will have a few problems. They did get back to me in a timely fashion and were reasonable to deal with on all levels, the problems were dealt with and they have recently gone above and beyond in customer care. I will most certainly (and have) recommend them.
